I As tbe title indicates, the picture I portrays the rise of a little country I girl to Hollywood stardom. In the I picture tbe audience shares with Estber Blodgett, portrayed bv Miss Gay nor, tbe heartaches and happiness, the gaiety and despair, that go into the ultimate crowning of a motion picture ptar.
