Yates, resigned. Misa E. Duckworfch, domestie and science jnstructress for the Dannevirke manual training ceatre, whieh includes Waipawa and Waipukurau, has resigned her position, Mrs H. M. Preston, Mrs J. P. Walk er and Hiss Marie Preston, of Wai pawa, left. for Wellington yesterday ei route for the Islands. At the monthly sitting of the Magis trate's Court in Waipukurau yesterday Mr Jack Russell, of Ongaonga, wai sworn in as a J.P., and Mr F. J A'Oeane, Waipawa, as JJistriet Coronor in place of Mr W. E.
