Gold Rod Falls Training at Randwick , (Eeceived '26, 11.30 a.m.)' s. SYDNEY, Aug. 26.- j During a training gallop at Eandwiclc this morning Gold Eod fell when ronmd* ing a turn. He walked away all xight afterwards, but as he is such a big horse the fall will do him no good. Prominent spring candidates recorded some good gallops. Ajax and The Chanter covered seven furlongs in 1.32. Only One, with Dark' Sky, covered fivo furlongs in 1.4. Birthday Boy beafc Lynch Law over five furlongs in 1.4, Gay Blonde xan five furlongs in lAh Talldng and Maia did rputine tasks. _
