CHRISTCHURCH,' Last Night. A dcep bank of fog over the Kaikouras exteudiug almost to Cheviot forced the southbound Union Airways liner to turn back to Blenheim this morning. Weather permitting, tho machine will leave Blenheim about 8 a.m. to-morrow for Christchurch and will make the ordinary ' scheduled trip north from here, leaving about 10.5 a.m. The northbouud liner arrived at Christchurch a few minutes late beeause of the misty weather, but reached Blenheim on time and compieted thc trip to Palmerston North,
