WAIPUKURAU, Last Night. The Friendly Societies' indoor bo-wl-ing tournament was concluded in the Masonic Hall last eveningj, the Foresters' Lodgo winning by a fairly large number of points. , The points gained were as follows, aggregate points being) given in parentheses : Court Ruahine, eiglit (83) ; Loyal Tavistock, six (51) ; AVaipukuran Lodge, four (46). During supper, Mr B. Bliss, on behalf of the rinks, proposed a hearty vote of thanks to Mr J. H. Hopkinson, who had acted as secretary for the touruey. This was carried by acclamatiou.
