MOMBASA, Ang- 23. _ Owing to an outbreak of smallpox in the Abyssinian refugee canips in Nortbefn Kenya, terrified sufferers attempted to esdape, but tbe poiice rounded tbem up. Doctors are preventing the spread of the disease to Kenya tribesmen. Privation is rife among the foot-sore Abyssinians who are roaining the Northern frontier seeking food and water.
