Papakura Farmer Extensively Injured

A U G JiJL, AJN JL>, This Day. Having recovered only recently from an illness, Mr J. Phelan, a middlc-aged farmer, was attacked witkout warning by a bull at liis home at Papakura on Saturday afternoon. He suffered internal injurics, a laeerated throat, wounda on the head and leg, and sevore shock. Mr Phelan mnnaged to get a firxn grtp of the ring in the bull'e nose and forced the aninxal baclc. After Teaching home he was attended by a doctor and yesterday was taken to hospital. His condition to-.day was reported to be not serious.
