DEPARTS FROM BERLIN
Times Correspondent Served with Expuision Order (Eeceived 23, 10.40 a.m.) BEEL1N, Aug. 22. Quietly aud unassumingly, as befitted one of the world's bost foreign correspondents, Mr. Norman Ebbutt, the London Times chief representativo in BerJin, returned- to England to-day by the Nord Express. Mr. Ebbutt was recently served with nn expuision order by the Government. In the presence of 80 foreign correspondent, who cordially farewelled hm, he said; "It iB hardly necessary to say how I regret parting with so many good colleagues and friends." Mr. Ebbutt indicated that any further statement with regard to hi^ expuision would be made by the London Times.
