NELSON, This- Day. Speaking before the Nelson Rotary Club, Dr. Jamieson chairman of tho committoe of the British Medical Association set up to inquire into the subject of national health insurance said that where national health insurance rendered necessary assistance it was beneficent and had the support of alj. Thex© was a great danger, however, that systetns applicablo to pldcr indastrial countries, if institutod here, would not give eimilar results under Our condxtionp, and would result in diverting progresg from lilies which would be morp ejectivp at lbsp cost.
