In conncction with tho severing of diplomatic felations betweeu Portugal and Ozechoslovakia because of the alleged failure of the Government of Ozechoslovakia to fulfil contracts to supply arms -tp Pprtugal, a message from Paris says that tho niajority of the French xxewspapers criticise Pprtugal and suspect Germany of fpmeut' ing the incideut in order to resumo her periodic attacks on Ozechoslovakia. Meanwhile the Czechoslovakian Mxxjister has been instructed to remain at Lisbon until further notice.
