TEA1TK NEIL AND COMPANT'' 4 During the past tlirce years vaudoville has shown a remarkable advance in the principal cities of Australia, mainly due to the eiforts of Mr Erank Neil, who controls the Tivoli variety cireuit in Sydney and Melbourne. Incon junc tion with J. C. Williamson, Limited, Mr Neil will present at the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, on Monday and Tuesday evenings two complete changes of programme of musical raview. This production brings to the Dominion many of the foremost vaudeville artists in the world. In Australia the revue has enjoyed remarkable suecess and has . eelipsed all records for attendance for some years. It is presented in 30 scenes of beauty, colour, song, dance and comedy. It has many other outstanding features, such as the vivid setting depicting England 's sea power from the days of Nelson up to the present time. Worldfamous performers appearing in New Zealand for- the first timo, include Con Colleano, who will be seen in an amazing tight-rope wallting act; Irene Vermillion and her dart trumpeters, ahd Charles Norman, the popular musical comedy comedian. Othcrs to appear will be Bob Parrish, a prodigy of Eddie Cantor's and one of the most popular radio singers in the United States, and Miss Natalie Raine, who presents delightful ,-dances. The company also inc.ludes Mr Chic Arnold, comedian, Jack Kellaway, musical comedy favourite, Sisson and Neale, harpist and whistler, and the Harris Sisters, who present an amazing balancing act. An added attraction will be Frank Neil's Australian Tivoli ballet. The company have just finished a remarkably successful season in Auckland, where Press and public are unanimons in their appreciation of this great show. * The box plans are at Fail's and. intending patrons are advised to reserve.
