The Fronch Consul at Santander advises that he is going to Bayonne in view Of the situation in the Santander region, accompanied by members of the Frexxch and Belgian uolony and reprasentatives of the International Red Cross. An insurgent radio message from Bilbao claims that they havb occupiod fnrthor positions 11 miles north of lleiuosa. Insurgent headquarters aro installed at Reinosa^ xvhere they are making elforts to get the munitions factory in woi'liin'g order, They claim that 135 railway trucks full of provisiQns and clothing were captured. A St. Jean de Luz message says that the flagship Eoyal Oak is going to England and will be replaced by tho Resolution. A Gibraltar message states that the new British destroyors, Icarus and Imogen, the eruiser Coventry and the destroyer Hunter, which was damaged by a Spanish insurgent mine off Alineria in May lasfc with the loss of eight lives and to which temporai'y repairs have been effected, saile.d for Malta to-day,
