AUCKLAND, Last Night. With a full agreement reaohed between the Wellington Waterside Workers' Union and the Wellington Waterfront Labour Bureau the road is noW' open for the long delayed inauguratioa of the Auckland Bureau. It is egtimated the finql points will be clearedi up in time tp allow the Aueklaadj Bureau to open on geptember 1. The original plans provided fpr the opening pf the bureau early in July,. but Auckland was unable to make any move until Wellington, the headquarters mf the Waterside Workers' Union, had finalised its pperative clauseg. The! Auckland Bureau 's organisation is' ready to handle the ckange, and it i? expected the new system will begin smoothly.
