The movie colony is said to be very Idisturbed by the case, which may jeo^ardise the marriages of several .famous jcouples, who eloped to Alexico. Thf Court's decision is, therefore, awaited with tho greatest interestThe Judge refused Mr. Swartz's motion for dismissal of Brent's action. He said that the vital issue of the vnlidity of Alexican marriages should be settled once and for all by this case.
