AUCKLAND, Last Night. A yekr to the day since th& con mencement of the last sittiiig in Auci land, the Arbitration Court Opened ii "• sitting to-day. Mr. Justice G'Begai presided, and associated with him weri Messrs A. L. Monteith and W. Cecil Prime. The list contains 45 compensation claims and 65 industrial disputes. He said the Couft had recently finished nine weeks' sitting in Christchurch, and had been sitting or Saturdays and sometimes at night so ato be able to sit in Auckland to-day.
