(Received: 18, 1.30 p.m.) GENEVA, Aug.12. The Mandates Commission has completed its report on Palestine. It is understood that it will raise no objection to tli© principle of Partition, but suggests a transitional -period, if necessary, with niodification of the present mandate, in order to permit of tho application of the partition in best possible conditions.
