A Consolidated Rate nnder Seetion 96 of "Tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1933" of lOd and 7/22nds of a penny in rthe £ on the Ratoable Value of all Rateable property in the Borough of Napier on the basia of the Unimproved Value in lieu of the following rates: — (a) A General Rate of 4d and 62/110ths of a penny in the £. (b) A Hospital Rate of ld and 33/llQths of a penny in the £. (c) Special Rates for Interest and Siiiking Fund as follows:— £804,910 Conversion Loan— 4d and 37/llOths of a pehny in the £. £5,037 16/2 Loan— 3-110ths. of a penny in the £. £5,148 3/11 Loan— 3/llOths of a penny in the £. £5,750 Loan— -5/llOths Of a penny in the £. £4,600 Loan — 2/llOths of a penny in the £. 2. A Water Rate (OrdinaTy Supply) under Sub-Section (a) of Seetion 84 of 1 ' The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," of One penny in the £ on the TJnimproved Rateable Value on the Valuation Eoll of all lands and dwclling houses' in the Bor5ugh, to which water is supplied, provided that where such rate amounts to leSa than 10/an amount of 10/- shall be paid. 3. A Water Rate (Ordinary Supply) under Sub-Section (b) of Seetion 84 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," of One half penny in the £ on the Unimproved Rateabl© Value on the Valuation Roll of all lands and dwelling houses in the Borough to which water can be but is nOt supplied situate withiu 100 yards from any part of the Waterworks, provided that where such rate amounts to less than 5/- an amount of 5/- shall be paid, 4. A Water Rate (Ordinary Supply) under Sub-Section (c) of Seetion 84 Of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933^" of One half penny in the £ on the Unimproved Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all buildings other than dwelling houses in the Borough, provided that where such Rate amounts to less than 5/- an amount of 5/- shall be paid. 5. A Rate under Seetion 12 of "The Hawke's Bay Rivers Act, 1919," of One half penny in the £ on the Unimproved Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all Rateable property within that portion of the Borough included in the Hawke's Bay Rivers District, exclusive of "Napier South Extension," such Rate boing required to meet the demand, of the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board. 6. A Rate under Sections 82 to 88 inclusive of "Ihe Harbours Act 1923" of 4/llths of a penny in the £ on ths Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all Rateable property within the original boundaries of the Napier Borough. 7. A Rate nnder Sections 82 to 88 inclusive of "The Harbours Act 1923" of 2/llths of a penny in the £ on the Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all Rateable property within that portion of the Napier Borough formerly paTt of the Meeanee Riding of the Hawke's Bay Gounty.
