NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. * In thq Supreme C'ourt this morning before Mr. Justice Smith, John Riissell f Erazer, watersider, who had pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to assaulting Walter John Fraser, watersider, eausing actual bodilykarm, on board the Arawa at New Plymouth on August 5, 'was admitted to probation for two .years and ordcrod to tako out a prohibition ordcr.
