GISBORNE, Last Night. Nine chargos of theft and of failing to account for his employers ' money were adinitted by James Livingstone, aged 20, before ^Mr. E. Walton, S.M. Detective Belton said that the accused had been leading an extravagant life, spending £l a day, and right from the coaimencement * of cmpl'jyment had been dishonest, going .from bad to worse.
