The Greendale Poiad Cycling Club's 45-milo xaco for tlie Xcaglo Rose Bowl was hekl at Taradale on Satur- : day aftej'noon. A strenuous course was choscn for tliis event, with tho result that under unfavourable Avcatlier conditions, a large number of the field failed tc complete the distance.
