Poliee and Bandits in Street Fight PARIS, Aug. 13. One was killed and two seriously in- ' ju^ed in Aix-.en-Provence in a street rewiver battlo between the police and bandits,' who broly into a distillery. 'stealing spirits vUlued at £200. They- were surprised by. the police, but the bandits fired a vollcy and fled. In a running battle one bandit was shot dead, two brought down, the fourth eaptured and the fifth escaped.
