Telaviv Officially in Operation (Received 14, 1.30 p.m.) JERUSALEM, Aug. 13. Telaviv, the world 's youngest port, oflicially came into existence to-day, Sir Arthur Wauchope, the British Administratof, announcing that the Governmenf had authorised tho loadiiig of all Classes of merchandise.
