AUCKLAND, This Day. "Every discussion we had was amicable and reasonableN," said the Hon. Waltel' Nask referring. to his discussions with tlie United States Government and Pan-American Airways regarding the service from America to New Zealalid. "There is every indication that the company will continue its arrangements for the inauguration of the service. All that remains is for the details to be considered by the |?rimc Minister, the Minister of Transport and myself. I am hoping that the service will sooli be commenced." Mr Nash, added tlmt there was a rcciprocity clause providing that Empire aircraft should liave faciiities in American territory shnilar to those wo granted the Americans. New Zealand had thc right to cancel the agreement. He did not tliink the service would be in operation by the end of tlie year.
