Despiiu Lord Plymouth's threat to call a special meeting of the Non-ln-terveution Committ-ee to discuss noninterv^ntion linances, nono of the four great Powers has yet paid up its shure of tho non-intervention fund. The Australian Associated Press diplomatie correspondent understands that Britain is repeating her reqpest on August 16 and probably will make aifinal demand. If 110 money is forthcoming the ambassadors may be mcalled from their holidays to cousider the committee's financial position.
