Spanish Government Blames Italy (Beceived 14, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 13. Thirty survi-vors of the Spanish Government tanker pampeador accuse Italian destroyers with sinking the vessel. They state 12 of the crew were trapped in the engine-room and burned alive by blazing oil. , The Italian warsliip Saetta eireled round the Campeador and was latcr joined by another destroyer not flying a flag which followed and shelled the Campeador at nightfall and continued sheiling as the boats were lowered. The Campeador is still burning. A Freuck naval cutter is guarding her. " Three were killed and ninc injurcd when the Government destroyer Churruca. was torpedoed by an unknown submarinc. It has returned to Cartagena for repairs. •
