(Keceived 14, x.U p.m.) YALENCIA, Aug. 13. The loyalist destroyer Ciscar engaged the rebel vessel Jupiter Ciudad de Cadiz, accompanied by armed trawiers off Gijon, seriously damaging the Jupiter. The Almirante Cervera arrived in the course of the action but was driven off by Government reinforcements whose protection enabled four merchantmen to steam into Gijon.
