STRIFE AMONG INSURGENT OFFICERS
(Received 12, 8.45 a,m.) MADRID, August 11. Tltirty Spanish officers were arrested and five shot as the result of attacks on ltaliau and German oflicers at Malaga. Accordiug to Government reports tno rebels are "experiencing similar troubles between tlie SpaDish and foreign contingents elsewhel'e, Beveral Italiaus and Gennans are reported to have been shot.
