The Daily Telegraph 's Sbanghai^ correspondent points out that a crisis is approaching during the indecision of Cliiang Kai-Shek and other Chinese ieaders, who are conferring at Nanking. It only needs pnc sliot from Woosung to prccipitate an outbrcak worse than that in 1932.
