FASHION HINTS
Evening gowns may be fashioned with tfull skirts and lots of frills and furbelows or alternatively may be slender, low-cut sheathis made sumptuous and splendid by their fabrics, according to. the fashion .writer in the June issue of Britannia ahd Eve. Again, and quite different from the romantic and bellowing fullness of organza, net, lace, tulle of chiffon there are lovely gowna this season of slipper satin or delicate white lace over a foundation in any pale shade. Many charming fashion hints are always to be found in Britannia and Eve but this section ia only a very small portion of the contents of the magazine. There are interesting articles on health and beauty, useful hints on home decoration, ©xcellent advice on beauty aids, a variety of most tempting recipes and then to those who have a few moments to spare the new knittlng designe will specially appeaL Last, but by no means least, there are many interesting articles to suit the varied inteiests of.men and women readers and no less than five complete short stories.
