New Opponent to be Found for Plestina * There will be no dull moments at the "tbree-star" all-professional wrestling programme to be staged at the Hastings Municipal Theatre tomorrow night by the Pioneer Wrestling Ciub, if comment on recent performances of tfie six principals is at all reliable. All six fiave given good impressions and revealed tfiemseives as versatile matmen and bright personalities in tfie ring. Tfie maia bout of the evening will be between Marin P-lestina, and another opponent to be announced toinorrow owing to Frank Judson fiaving to undergo medical treatment. Plestina is known as tfie Tarzan of the Mat. He went 11 years witfiout losing a bout. and this while 'ihe and his backers were under a bond for 1000 dollars to tfie first man winning a fall from fiim, "I don't say I am as great as I was, but I do say tfiat I api great enough to hold my own with any of tfid present-day wrestlers and all I ask is for you to- bring along tfie men and l'll meet 'em," fie said. Tfie preliminary programme to tfiis big contest comprises two other professional bouts. In the first of tfie two the faniiliar former Napier amateur, "Bomber" Wells, wfio is as mercurial as ever in tfie ring, ineets tfie eonsistently good performer, Sid Lack, of Australia, and they will occupy tfie ring for 30 minutes. Then will., come a return of tfie recent elimination bout for the junior heavyweight championship, between "Snowy" Bartlett, the most promising New Zealander in, the game to-day, and Peter Venter, of South Africa. Their first meeting aroused plenty of interest at Wellington, and was generally voted a good one in every respect.
