CIVIC SQUARE WORK

30 Men Engaged in Clearing Area Developmental work has been started at the site of the proposed Civic Square in Hastings, and' at present 30 men are engaged in clearing the huge quantity of rubble and rubbisk used for fillingin the area and are preparing tke way for re-filling and levelling the bloek witk a better and more productive typa of soil.
