DRAMA FESTIVAL PLAYS
Eight to be Presented x Eight plays will be performed at the Hawke 5s Bay Draraa Festival to be held in the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, next week. ' On Monday, August 16, the followino will be prfsented: — "Tlie Princess and the Woodcutter55' (A. A. Milne), by the Glyhgarth Studio. 1 ' The 300tfi Performance ' ' . (Stephen Barnett), by the Napier Eepertory Players. '"Peter Pan,5' Act 1 (J. M. Barrie), by the Glyngartfi Studio. "The Babes in the Wood" (V. C. Clinton-Baddeley), by the Hawke 5s Bay Little Theatre Society. On Tuesday, August 17, the plays will be: — "The Language of Love," bv the Napier Eepertory Players (B team). Slow Curtain," by Wallingford Women's Institute. "Mareh Wedding" (M. and S. Box), by the Catholic Dramatic Club,' Napier. "The Pioposal" (Tchekov), the Havelock Players. The box plan will open at Fail's tolnorrow (Wednesday).
