(Received 9, 8.45 a.m.) MELBOtJRNE, Aug. 3. It is reported tbat the Victoriau Cricket Association is likely to decline to participate in the New Zealand cricketers' Australian tour. The association objeets to overplaying its lirst-class men, in which case the linancial results will be seriously prejudiced. In the event of Victoria withdrawing, Queensland will be asked to make up a third match.
