Court Order Obtained By M.G.M. (Beceived 7, 8,45 a.m.y LOS ANGELES, Aug. 6. The M.G.M. film company has ob. tained a court order restraining the boy film actor, Ereddie BarthoJomew, from accepting a contract with any other studio. The company alleged that the boy'a aunt Myllicent was kecping hira from performing in pictures for M.G.M. and was threatening to place him under a contract with a rival studio.
