PALMERSTON N., Last Night. Plcading guilty on two charges of theft iuvolving in all £34, the property of 4tho Wellington Timber-yards and Sawmillers' Union, Fraucis Murrav Boggs, agod 27, labourer, was ordered by Mr. ,T. L. Stout, JiM., to come up for sentence if called upon withi?, twelve months on condition that he takes out. a prohibition order und make«> restitution. Detective-Sergeant Meiklejohn said that accused was employed at a local t.imber mill. Ho had been appointed ijy tho union as collector of dues.
