Mr andl Mrs J. W> Wilson, and young daughter, wbo have beon visiting the latter's parents, Mr and Mrs F. Badley, at Kanakanaia, Poverty Bay, havo re' turned home to Wairoa. e Mr G. F. Hutton, who was reoently appointed Inspector of Stock for the Wairoa district, vice Mr R. de B. Hill, transferred, has arrived from Pukekohe and taken up his dutles. Mr A. H. Gibson, formerly clerk of the Court at Wairoa and now in the Justice Department, Wellington, is paying a holiday visxt to Wairoa. Mrs J. Cutcliff, of Wanganui, is visiting Wairoa and staying with hor raotber, Mrs F. Grout. Miss D. M. Beattie, orgahiaer of Anglican Sunday schools, who has been on a vieit to Wairoa, waa the guest of the vicar, the Rev. C. Hyde, anc| Mr# Hyde, at the parsonage.
