■ — - Iraq Gbjects to Palestino Partition GENEVA, Aug. 8. The Irpq Governmont has sent a Note to the League's Mpndates Commission . emphatically protesting againpt the Royal Commission 's Falpstine proposals. Thp Note describes the partition prdposal as, an injustice to thp Arabs, "which Iraq could not yiew without "alarm. It adds: "The proposals are incompatible with the integral independence of Palestine, holding out no hope of ^ermanent •ettlement. Snch hope de'pends on the recognition of an integral 'independent Palestine in which the Je.wg accept once and for all the position, of a minority.'*
