Chinese Military Leaders Gather for Conference (Eeceived 5, 1.30 p.m.) NANKLNG Aug. 4. The dangerous Sino-Japanese tension continues, but troops seirt north by the Chinese Central Government and the Japanese forces there have not yet come to grips. The principal military leaders in China are gathering at Nanlung for an exchange of views with the Prime Minister and Ghiang Ivai Shek. Parliament will meet on August 8 and pass Bills dealing wath the state of * emer gency.
