BUGBY, Aug. 3. The xuonthly review publishod by the Midland Banlc contains an arlicle analysing holiday expenditure. The writer estimates ^ that about 20,000,000 people :n Britain take an annuals holiday, which for a majority is probably of 'a week's duration, and he calculates the amount spent to be at least £30,000,600. An interesting point made in the article is that under colloctive agreements or othor arrangements nearly 2,000,000 work people recoive a week's holiday with pay.
