The resignation of the cJork, Miss A. M, Wehb, as from Junfe t!0 was reeeivcd with regret. ALr W. Te Taxi, prcsident of the local branch oi' Ihe R.S.A., waitod on the board and presented an ilJumiiiated address of approciation to the rcsidents of Ihe distriet. TJie chainnan, acepting tliis on belialf of the people of the di.striet, said that OnnondvilJe was only a little place, bnt it liad a large he.art for soldiers and had aJways (tone its best for those who hkd returned. Tho distriet, through hini as their representative, tlianked the R.S.A. for tlicir gii't. it was doeided to hand the address in the Feace Memorial Hall, where it would always be on view as a treasured memeuto.
