CARD EVENING
Another of the h^ise-to-house 500 card parties was held at Mrs. B. Douglas 's, Tukituki, iast eveuiug. A large orowd enjoyed a pleasant eveuiug. The follovviug wero the wiuuera of the eards: — Ladies: Mrs. Taeou (Hastiugsj, Mrs. G. Siuith (Tukituki). Men: Mr. J. Brown (Hastings), Mr. N. Merritt (Clive). The lueky number was won by Miss Magmusson (Tukituki). A very tasty supper brought an enjoyable evening to a .6lose.
