Sir H. L. Dowbiggin on Visit to Dominion

WELLINGTON, TMs Day. Having retired from the position of Inspector-General of- Police in Ceylou early this year, Sir Herbert Layard Dowbiggin visited Northern Rhodesia to repqrt on the police force there, and has since visited Australia on a hoiiday tour. He arrived by the Wanganella to-day to continue his hoiiday, and intends to spend some time in the Dominion.' He is keenly interested in Rugby, and while in Sohith Africa wrote tq Mr S. S. Dean to seeure tiekets for the Test matehes. He hopes to see a number of the best games ."wMlq in the Dominion, " ~ (
