Armstrong, has. qpnelnffed a , tour of the principal industrial centres , in the United Kingdom and Free State, ) during wMch he was entertained ,at ' Iuncheon by Mr de Yalera and members of the Dail Eireann. He will sail for New York aboard the Queen Mary on Thursday. He will' visit Washington at the invitation of the. United States authorities, and will confer with officials an.d American Labour leaders and join the Aorangi at Yancouver.
