EARLY MARRIAGE URGED
Germany Increases Salaries of Ciyil Servants (Received 4, 12.45 p.m.) BERLIN, August 3. Forcing civil, servants to marry early, the Finance Ministry. is introduoing a law increasing the salaries of married officials, and also extending grants to large families. Industrial recovery is causing a shortage qf candidates for the civil service, whdch is being met by lowering the educational standard, The Labour Ministry is now considering readmitting women to industry after driving them out to make jobs for men.
