CLAIM SETTLED
Action Against the Crown A damages claim by petition of right i'cr £20 10/* special damages and £1000 general damages for injuries to .an eye was set down for hearing at the present session of the Supreme Court. It has been "settled out of Court. ' The case, Roy Yelas (Mr. O. W. Nafh) against the Crown • (Mr. H. B. Lusk), is to be the third of the civil clatms on the calendar to be disposed ot". The other two, Bichard Joseph L'urke v. James Colcman, and Feter John. Kegan v. James Coleman, two uiotor aecident damages claims, have been adjourned until next session owingto the inability of one of the inttiested. solicitors, Mr. M. A. Ongley, to be present to-morrow.
