NAPIER DEBT CASES
Judgment for plaintiffs by default was gdven by Mr J. Miller, S.M., in the following aotions for deb& at the oivil session of the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning: — Bryant and Co., Ltd. v W. England, 157-, costs 9 /- ; J. Law (trading as "The People's Mart"), v. B. Durney £5 10/-, costs £1 11/6; A. C. B. Biggs v E. N. Baird £1 1/-, costs 8/-. On a judgment summons L. Willxams was ordered to pay Syd. Taylor and Co.( Ltd. £1 17/- forthwith, in default two days' imprisonment.
