New Concentration Camps Being Built A WAVE OF ARRESTS

' LONDON^ August 2. The Manchester Guardian's Berlin coiTespondent states that 22 new concentration camps are being built near„ Papenburg and 18 near Nordhorn. There is a steady intensification of terror in Germany. A hundred and fifty have been arrested at Schwern since ' March, including several Nazis. The wave of arrests continues at Essen where diseharged prisoners have been again taken into custody. The Daily Herald's Breslau eorrespondent says after Hitler opened the festival of German song the massed ohoir of 60,000 sang "Great God, How Dangerous is Our Life."
