Th6 newspaper The People draws attention to a repert by an official of, the Canadian Government Mines Departmettt stating that an oil survey revealed that the most likely locations were on the EP ranch. This belongs to the Duk;e of Windsor who, says The People, may become an oil multi-mil-lionaire.
