WORLD JAMBOREE
(Keceived 2, 11 10 a.m.) HAARLEM, Aug. 1. Eight thousand Boy Scouts from all parts of the Empire, travelling in eight ships, arrived from Bfitain for the fifth world jamboree, which Queen Wilhelmina, wearing the late Prince Consort's scout badge, opened to-day. Scouts numbering 25,000 from 31 nations marchod past in the presence of Lord Badcu-Puweil, tlie Chiof Scout. ■
