(Keceived 2, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 1. The lull in the Spanish war continues. It is reported from Lisbon that GeUeral Franco has withdrawn part of his forces operating in the Brunete region to Santander and intends to complete his eonqueSts in the north during August. A pincer operation by General Franco 's troops broke the loyalist stranglehold on the rebel city of Teruel, cavalry and a flying Column of infantry jpursuing 4000 retreating loyalistS, eapturing hundreds.
